Why does your body get stronger when you work out with weights?
The short answer is that your body is intelligent and there are times
when gaining strength is the most logical thing for your muscles to do.
Unfortunately, your body doesn’t always think that it is logical to gain
strength when you work out with weights. Gaining strength must
